This 1.5-hour hands-on sourdough baking class is for everyone, whether you’ve never baked bread before or you’re already making sourdough and want to learn a few new tips and tricks from a baker. We’ll walk through how to make and care for a sourdough culture, mix and ferment dough, and shape loaves with confidence. It’s a fun, low-pressure class with plenty of time to ask questions and get your hands messy. You’ll head home with two loaves of sourdough bread and your own sourdough culture to keep the baking going.
