Be prepared for some exercise. In this class we teach you how to mix, knead, proof, and bake a white loaf of bread just like how a professional baker would, but … it’s all by hand.

We will also show you how to hand roll buns and show you some different styles for braiding buns.

You will take home baked buns, bread, braided sweet dough, and three recipes after three hours of laughter and learning!
