Black Forest Schnitt : Traditional style with chocolate cake, 35% Fresh Whipping cream, cherry filling and Kirsch Liqueur.
Mocha Schnitt: Traditional with Vanilla cake and strong coffee Buttercream. With toasted Almonds on the sides.
Whipcream Schnitt: Vanilla Cake with Fresh 35% Whipping cream and Custard filling. Toasted Almonds on the sides.
Schnitt is German for slice: and this small cake will give you comfortable 5 slices/ servings. Be sure to select which flavor you would prefer. from Dutch Mocha to German Black forest or fresh Whipping cream.
Dutch Mocha is just coffee. Not the North American Mocha where Chocolate is added to the coffee.
