A thorough 2 hour class on how to make those real MEAT kroketten. No veggies included, just real meat. Enjoy the fruits of your labour at the end of the class–served with mustard or mayonnaise! Plus you get to take home kroket batter ready to make your own at home.

We have so much fun during these classes. Siebe’s Passion really shines when he gets to show how things work at the Bakery.
In this class you will learn about: making the roux for kroketten and how to roll, dip, and fry them.
You will be taking home plenty of food to eat for a snack, and more for tomorrow!
This class is more relaxed and has room for some extra laughter.
