These classes are filled with good food and good company. In this thorough two-hour session, you’ll learn how to prepare the perfect roux for traditional meat kroketten, then shape, coat, and fry them until beautifully crisp and golden.
This class focuses on classic, real meat kroketten — no vegetarian versions, just the authentic flavor and texture as they’re meant to be made.
At the end of class, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor served with mustard or mayonnaise. You’ll also take home plenty to enjoy later, plus extra kroket filling so you can recreate them in your own kitchen.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of room for conversation, connection, and a little extra laughter.
