These Oliebollen are a soft but crispy product. We have them with raisins and apple pieces. No they are not filled like our raisin buns, and believe they shouldn’t. The best way eaten is dipped in loads of icing sugar. Of course you can reheat them in a preheated oven, to enjoy them crispy again.
