It is an Italian style bread, with large holes from the fermentation process. The inside has a different structure as the dough has such a high percentage of water.
This bread takes at least 30 hours to make.
This bread has so much flavor. It’s beautiful with an 1000 day old Gouda, or ideal for pannini style sandwiches.
